Fresh Beauty’s new release promises to tackle blue light skin damage.

While devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops have become an important part of our daily lives they also have negative effects on us. For instance, too much screen time can lead to addiction, altered sleep patterns, blurred vision, headaches and even premature ageing.

Apparently, the blue light emitted from LED screens easily penetrates the skin’s dermis and its intense wavelengths can cause collagen to break down, which then leads to wrinkles, hyperpigmentation and sagging skin.
