The limited-edition range features its popular Baies, Figuier, Roses and Tubereusescents, each encased in a glass holder decorated with graphic designs, which are eye-catching and hypnotising, almost.
One can’t help but be drawn to the beautiful swirls and well-placed lines in black and white.
Turn the glass holder around and you’ll see a constantly changing look. Coming into sharp relief on the Baies candle, moving from the circle to the diamond shape on Figuier, decked out in moiré effects on Roses and chequered on Tubéreuse, the signature diptyque oval branding design disappears – only to reappear, stronger than ever.
Even the box that each candle is presented in is dressed in the captivating abstract pattern, which appears to move or ‘dance’ even though it is static.

Available at diptyque and Kens Apothecary outlets in Kuala Lumpur, the candles cost RM215 (70g) and RM345 (190g) each. There is also a set of three 70g Baies, Figuierand Roses candles tagged at RM585.
