Inspired by the 18th century model and actress, Lady Emma Hamilton, hairstylist Anthony Turner transformed the downy and high kept hair-do from that era and gave it a modern twist with the help of Dyson’s Supersonic hair dryer and the Dyson Corrale hair straightener.

In Turner’s version, the models are given a wild and whimsical unkempt look to accompany Erdem’s Georgian dresses with billowy sleeves and decorative ribbons.

The interlocking head wrap was the colourful highlight from Dolce & Gabbana’s show – featuring a fun patchwork-heavy collection as tribute to traditional Sicilian style. Adorning natural curls and sleek buns are scarves wrapped neatly, with some models sporting garish floral brooches to ramp up the 90s-style patterned blazers and corsets that walked the runway.

While watching fashion blogger Susie Lau (@susiebubble) unbox her extensive DIY project shipped by Loewe, we noticed that the life-size photos of the models not only showcased Loewe’s designs from their Paris show in all its grandeur but the beauty trends are given a hefty spotlight as well.

A powerful and chic braid on model Mona Tougaard is a prime example of the perfect, sleek ponytail. We recommend to using the Dyson Supersonic hairdryer to get your locks straight and in line before twisting it into a ponytail.

Nothing like a stylish, slicked back ponytail to complement a sophisticated ensemble effortlessly. In a collection of full skirts, voluminous ruffle sleeves and babydoll dresses, the chic updo by hairstylist Conrad Dornan proves that sometimes, less is indeed more.

Known for her eclectic and ultra-feminine creations, the Irish designer presented her fantastical designs in London this year with an even more Austen-like hairstyle by hairstylist Cyndia Harvey. Romantic pinned ringlets that were the epitome of the laid-back Regency era can be spotted at the show and it would even give the Bennet sisters a run for their money.
